NAMM 2008: Roland Acquires Major Share Of Cakewalk

Today Roland Corporation announced that they have acquired a major share of Cakewalk. They had previously been a minor shareholder since 2003. Roland has been providing hardware for Sonar LE bundles for the past several years and they co-developed SONAR Power together. All future Cakewalk products will be branded “Cakewalk by Roland”.
